The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies is transforming language education, presenting both opportunities and challenges for language learners and educators. As these tools increasingly mediate the teaching and learning process, the need to reclaim voices and agency—autonomy, creativity, and critical decision-making—has never been more urgent.
